Collectors' Pack
The Collectors' Pack, containing all commemorative stamps issued in the year, were introduced by India Post in 1973 during INDIPEX -73 International Philatelic Exhibition when the packs for years 1971, 1972, and 1973 were released.
The Collectors' Pack is priced slightly more then the total face value of stamps included. These official prices are given here.
