SAKSENA JOINS INDIA POST AS CONSULTANT Vishnu Saksena, former Member of Postal Services Board has recently joined as Consultant on Philately to India Post. Saksena is well known to the philatelic community as he has authored couple of books and several articles on philately as well as being active in philately for over two decades. He has also served as Director and Deputy Director General Philately at India Post HQ in 1980’s. NEW
