International Philatelic Federation (FIP) Board in its meeting during INDIPEX 2011 at New Delhi
adopted amendments to the General Regulations for the Exhibitions (GREX) and
to the Guidelines for the Duties and Accreditation of Jurors. These were decided to take immediate effect,
subject to the final approval of the 2012 FIP Congress, where needed.
These were published in Flash and also on its web site www.f-i-p.ch

These amendments are of far reaching consequences and affect every exhibitor, Jury and national federation.

Recently in the December 2011 issue of FEPA News,
published by the Federation of European Philatelic Associations (FEPA)
Pedro Vaz Pereira, former President of FEPA wrote on this matter.

We ask you to read both that was published in FIP Flash and FEPA News
and form your own opinion. We also ask you to share your views with us
and everyone else as dialogue is the best way to resolve all issues.
